If you need help with this, a rough guideline is to allow 8-12% of the value of the villa, depending on final materials and details, and whether you want a pool or not. The majority of our clients invest between AED 450,000–1,200,000 for a complete garden transformation. I expect the design fees to be approximately 10% of the build budget, depending on details.
